From the day-to-day management of the office to HR, payroll, compliance and staff and client relations, as General Manager, Jess plays a pivotal role. Experienced and personable, Jess is not only the ‘go-to’ person in the office but also manages all property clients from the time they purchase to when their property settles. This includes coordinating with all parties including solicitors, builders and finance providers.
Proactive in her approach, she is adept at managing multiple hats and is always looking for ways to streamline processes and create more efficient systems company-wide.
