As Client Service Manager, Ivan takes care of all finance approvals, loan settlements and post settlement client relations. Dealing with everything from loan application documents to discharge forms and post settlement questions, he makes having a loan as hassle-free as possible. Liaising with solicitors, and conveyancers and organising valuations were required or needed is all part of the job.
A proactive individual, Ivan keeps on top of all necessary industry regulations and knows lenders’ requirements like the back of his hand. Throughout the life of the loan, Ivan is on hand to answer any questions a client may have and to ensure they continue to receive the best service possible.
